Just Plain Bitter
Those of you that know me know that I mix drinks fairly well. I’ve always kept a bottle of Angostura bitters on hand. I have done a great deal of research as of late and I now own quite a bit more bitters. And let me tell you, it is plain old fashioned excellent. Speaking of old fashioned, as opposed to using Angostura, try out the Fee brother’s aromatic bitters. They’re absolutely fabulous. I’ll report back when I get their whiskey barrel aged bitters in the mail. Until then, I think I’ll make do with the rest of my collection.
